I went in to do Thermage for face and eye contour area. I specifically asked for a doctor to handle the procedure in precaution and to make sure it was done correctly with no injury. The doctor inserted two black opaque contact lenses to protect my eyes from the thermage and when she wanted to take them out, she damaged both my eye cornea’s, she scratched my right cornea and then seriously tore my right cornea. She was rough in fishing the lenses out of my eyes and had alot if difficulty, and she forgot she was handling my eyes. I screamed from pain in the process and cried out for her to stop, but instead of stopping she continued until she had caught it and tore it out I had a flight in the afternoon to go home to Monaco. She did not check the damage to my eyes which were blood shot and pouring out liquide for several days, I was in horrific pain and instead of acknowledging and treating the damage she had done, I was handed 4600 CHF invoice which I had to pay, and walked out blinded by two daggers in my eyes, in shocking pain and was shown the door. I landed in Monaco and I was taken directly to ER in Princess Grace hospital to be treated by another eye surgion who was so surprised by what she had done to me. He gave me a treatment of cortisone, antibiotics, pain killers and another ER hospital bill. The next day a technician from la Clinic Matignon Lausanne whi had witnesses the procedure called me to ask if I was ok? I told her the ordeal of what I was going through, she told me she’d call back again in a couple of days to see what she could do, and instead of calling to apologise or proposing a refund of my money for the horrible experience. I didn’t hear back from them at all. It’s been over 6 weeks. My right eye has not properly healed. I still endure pain there and my eyes are constantly getting blurred in vision since the incident. No one there has taken responsability or called me back again.

Pour ma part, je suis régulièrement des traitements à Clinique Matignon Lausanne Lausanne Manor, Vevey et Nyon. A chaque fois l'accueil était très chaleureux et très professionnel. En ce qui concerne les différents soins et traitements, les résultats ont entièrement répondus à mes attentes. On peut se sentir très à l'aise de poser tout d'abord toutes les questions avant de passer à l'étape suivante des soins ou traitements. Aussi à relever, Clinique Matignon propose régulièrement des offres intéressantes. Cela vaut de la peine d'y jeter un coup d'oeil sur le site ou s'abonner à la Newsletter pour en être informé, et attendre le bon moment pour passer à l'action.

Je suis allée à la Clinique Matignon pour une correction des lèvres chez la Dr. Bejar. J'ai tout d'abord pu avoir un rendez-vous le jour-même, puis un prochain rdv (pour évaluer le rendu) prévu dans seulement 15 jours, ce qui est très rapide. Ensuite, j'ai été très bien accueillie par l'équipe de réception, qui été à l'écoute et a montré beaucoup de sympathie. Enfin, la docteure a compris mes besoins et a montré un professionnalisme certain! Très bienveillante également! Je pense qu'une expérience dans une clinique est très subjective et qu'il ne faut pas trop vous fier aux super commentaires comme aux très mauvais. Pour moi un très bon travail a été réalisé, mais le mieux est de toujours prendre la température sur place et de ne jamais hésité à prendre du temps dans l'explication de vos besoins/attentes, de ce que vous aimeriez plus ou moins, car les docteurs ne peuvent pas lire dans vos pensées! Et si vous ne vous sentez pas écouté, fuyez! ;-)
