Simple, uncomplicated service! Every time I go to this place I have everything sorted out in less than 20 minutes. Never had any bad experience with the Controle des habitants for the last 2 years! Really good service, and they speak English as well.

Some of the staffs are really rude and offensive... And they don’t know correct information concerning the Visa. One staff was so that offensive that I cried in front of the counter 1 time. I need to come here every year but I feel stress each time.

Some assistants can be very rude if you dont speak french (just start shouting louder at you at french as if that would help). The office deals with a lot of foreigners and is one of the first points of stop thus it should be expected to have equal service but it is not so. Sometimes you do get lucky and get really helpfull and nice person.
