This company came home beginning of this year. My advice to whom want a energetic certificat: 1- Avoid them 2- Banish them 3- Do not let in your home. Why, they make their report randomly and without real measures, lie on their report, write wrong house parameters on it, and don't give real advice. They declassify my new appartement from C to F from the previous report made 3 years before. This appartement was empty all the time this the last report, it didn't had any degradation.

Purchased a full thermal solar installation from DD Energy. Not to be trusted. They outsourced the installation to G2VRypax, who put in the Viessmann platform we asked for, and it has never worked as expected. They installed in the wrong orientation, Viessmann have given technical recommendations for correct installation, and they have refused to come back and resolve. Have an expensive solar installation that works at 50% of energy expected. Both DD energy and G2VRypax refuse to answer letters, emails, and calls. DD have no one answering calls, and G2V receptionist keeps promising to get her boss to call me back. That's for over 3 years and counting, now. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
