I have to say... I have been to many skate and snowboard shop in Lausanne and Geneve, but Escape shop is the best one so far. The staff are awesome, they are willing to help you and gives you an honest comment on the product. You need this kind of people because they are not trying to get you to buy an expensive equipment but they can help you to find what is best for your style !!

Had an excellent experience with purchasing my first snowboard. Manu was of utmost help in explaining and helping me choose what was right for the style I want to ride in and what was adequate for my progress in riding. I definitely recommend this specialized shop and their experienced and knowledgeable staff.
Conseil exemplaire, les vendeurs s'y connaissent à perfection et essaient vraiment de trouver la meilleure solution pour le client, peu importe son niveau. Matériel de snowboard de haute qualité. Rapport humain chaleureux et honnête. Génial !
Un management et un interlocuteur pas honnête et de mauvaise foi.
Excellent shop! Les 2 vendeurs sont super professionnels et compétents. Ils connaissent le matos et la pratique du bout des doigts. On voit que c'est des passionnés. Et en plus, ils sont sympas! 5 étoiles sans hésitation.
Un accueil vraiemnt top et le patron (je crois) connaît son rayon. Merci!
