The guy named flavio in this place has serious issues in communicating with his cliens ( at least with me). First of all, he had zero patience, treated me like s*it over the phone when I was only asking when he thinks my car could be ready. Be careful, this man promises you things and then comes for you when you asked him what he said and then twists it against you. Honestly, I completely felt discriminated by him and could not even deal with him anymore that I had to go get my car from his garage and move it to another place. If you are ever looking for a garage place in lausanne and dont want to be constantly stressed in knowing about your car updates, dont go to Garage autoplus, it will take a lot of money from you and a looot of TIME. You will be chasing after this mechanist for a while before he gives you the information you're asking for. To conclude with, I would summarize him as NOT transparent, NOT Professional, NOT reliable, NOT nice at all and NOT humble. He perhaps needs to change his job if it stresses him too much and isn't happy. He shouldnt be putting his stress on his client.

Je tombe sur ces avis par hasard en recherchant le numéro de téléphone du garage. Je suis super surprise, c'est notre garagiste depuis longtemps et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème. Les nombreux clients satisfaits ne pensent pas à poser un avis positif, ce sont seulement les personnes qui ont eu un problème qui viennent se plaindre, ce que je peux comprendre d'un côté, mais c'est dommage pour la réputation de ce petit garage.
Très rapide et serviable!
Ce garage est une arnaque a l'état pure, des mois de travaux pour me rendre la voiture inutilisable (direction remplacé tordue), roues changées et abimées, et pas conforme pour rouler en sécurité - De mauvaise foi et ne réponds jamais au téléphone ni courriers recommandés. Plainte en cours de dépôt !
