Plenty of French fries but no Chicken ready to be served . Everything came directly from the kitchen, which made me think it must be super fresh, hot and crispy ! Nope...Chicken was warm and soggy though the taste was there ! Not crowded even though it was noon, 20 minutes for a bucket of 8 ! Weakest link was the counter bloke who wasted a lot of time checking and giving out the orders ...checked and opened my bucket 3 times while trying to understand what was written on the printout held in his hand ! Sadly no Manager in sight to back him up, only a tall employee walking around pretending to give instructions ! Needs improvement all round with Management up front ! Price wise it was expensive compared to other countries..but this is Switzerland, overheads, labour and rent are high ! Can't imagine what the rent is for this place but should be astronomical ! So I'm guessing that you will need much more customers and transactions ! Hoping to return soon and find improvements !

Fast and efficient in serving
I like to eat fried chicken more than Berger so KFC is good. The service is not bad but the toilet is not really clean.
