What a great place !! I highly highly recommend it to anyone. I had gotten to lausanne for a late lunch, and the place I had wanted to go to was closed for vacation. On top of that, most places had stopped serving any food by this time on a Saturday afternoon. After some wandering, I was lucky enough to find this place. You go in and pick what you want from the deli, they cook it on site for you and then you have it at their seated eating area, made to order. The food was absolutely fantastic and very very reasonably priced. I don't know if this is only local, or more widely available in Switzerland but 110% I would go back. c'est tres tres bien ! an update - after having ordered veal in other places throughout switzerland. *this* place was the best.

By far, the best butcher in French Switzerland. The meat quality is just out of this world and sourced from the best producers. Simmental beef, sisteron lamb, pata negra pork and many more to discover in this temple of meat.

La qualité de la viande est extraordinaire, le service toujours parfait, très professionnel et souriant, avec des conseils toujours judicieux. Et en cette fin d'année, j'ai même pu acheter un excellent champagne à la Bouche-qui-rit. Et leurs flûtes au sel sont au même niveau d'excellence. En un mot, vaut le détour.

Les vitrines jouent bien leurs rôles, c'est un appel à entrer... toutes les personnes du lieux sont accueillantes et très sympathiques et le repas était très bon. Une adresse à retenir lors d'un prochain passage.
