La Fête du Slip is a multidisciplinary festival interested in body, gender, and sexuality, in art. Since 2012, during a weekend each year in early March, the festival offers a select and diverse program of cinema, music, visual and performing arts, literature, and p0rn. La Fête du Slip looks for contemporary emerging art, for artists whose carrier is just about to take off. Our programming focuses on innovative and subversive works that renew the gaze, and excite both body and mind. We like artistic projects that transcend categories and propose new forms of experimentation. By bringing together very different artworks that have an echo in their content, we enrich the experience of the audience, and create unexpected encounters between artists. La Fête du Slip takes place in seven venues in Lausanne, Switzerland; two theaters, two clubs, two galleries, and a cinema. Places that all have their own rhythm and their own audience, that come together for one weekend. There are over 40 events, including three live concerts, five films, two exhibitions, a dance piece, many performances, and an international p0rn competition!
