I have ordered a mirror at the end of June (my first purchase from La Redoute) and i received a completely different mirror. After a few attempts via email and website I have talked to a representative who said she will handle the exchange. Indeed, i have received the original mirror that I have ordered along with the new bill request. Again, after few emails and WhatsApp i was told i need to pay the new bill for the same amount without actually refunding what I have already paid initially. After back and forth I received my refund two weeks later. New bill was sent without any payment information so yet through another line of WhatsApp communication i have received the IBAN number to make the payment to. Overall, the purchase of one mirror for 135 francs cost me 1.5 months of constant back and forth just to get my original purchase. I can understand sending the wrong item but everything else that happened is not professional. I have asked initially to speak to someone and all i got was WhatsApp messages during 1.5 months. It was my first and last purchase at La Redoute.

The physical shop doesn’t exist
Menacer un client de mise en demeure alors que je paye mes acomptes demandés et ceci chaque mois?! votre service est nul (d'ailleurs j'ai toujours 2 mails non répondus de 2020) et sans parler des frais de folie que vous nous facturer; et vous n'arrivez même pas à voir que le client paye mensuellement?! non.... tout de suite il faut menacer et vouloir mettre les gens en poursuite! c'est la dernière fois que je commanderai chez vous... dommage, mes prochains 5000.- j'irai les claquer ailleurs!!
Lamentable (en particlier pour les meubles). La Redoute n'a aucune idée de délais de livraison (commmande de canapé le 2 décembre 2020, expédiée en 3-5 semaines -\u003e appel le 21 janvier, l'expédition sera en retard, sans délai connu). Dépensez donc votre argent ailleurs, vous y gagnerez !
Impossible de trouver des t-shirts autres que blanc. noir ou des maillots de football. Pareil pour les pantalons, que du noir, gris, brun ou des training de racailles
