Super restaurant de quartier au style ancien. La cuisine raffinée est digne d’un étoilé!! Service très agréable et sympathique avec un personnel courtois et attentionné. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le menu proposé est parfait: -Noix de Saint-Jacques aux morilles et mousseline de panais -Pièce de bœuf Rossini (200 g.) -Crème brûlée au sapin Autre belle suggestion de composition: -Crème de carottes -Ravioles aux poires et crème de truffes -Mousse mandarine et chocolat noir avec un soupçon de pain d’épices Bref... un incontournable à Lausanne
