Before and during the move to our new apartment the agents of livit where always nice and responsive. Also when we had some problems right after moving with some small reparations or with the washing machine. However, when the problematic involves some more work than just passing us a phone number, is when you start seeing the negligencies and incoherences in their actions. The problem starts when a neighbour parks his motorbike out of the limit of his parking lot, blocking the access to a corridor and being in the way of the door that access the building. It was impossible to find a friendly solution with the person mentioned, so we needed to contact Livit. It has been six months of miscommunication and contradictive information from the agency. First they were black. Now they are white. It is frustrating to the point they created more conflicts in between neighbours. Now they blame us for be the ones complaining about someone else blocking a corridor and making them do some extra work. Not because nobody said a thing before, it means they were doing things right. Never before had a problem with an agency out of four others. They clearly know how to make people lose their time. In summary, I might livit but I don't lovit. Update -\u003e I sent an E-mail to online@livit explaining the situation. They answered there is nothing they can do and offer to change to another parking lot. NOW? Another parking lot is the first thing we asked for to Livit (back in the month of June) to avoid all this problematic, and they told us it was IMPOSSIBLE! What a joke. Clearly don't know how to do their job... or they simply don't want to.

The appartaments they rent are almost always dirty, no cleaning done before handover. The furniture inside is already damaged. Service is disappointing
Very unprofessional company. Experience terrible from the start. I call about a possible viewing of a house. I get transferred 3 times randomly and the person on the other side does not even tell me. I have to explain what I want 3 times. At the end I am provided a invalid number. Not to mention it takes 40 min to talk to the first person. Avoid and go to other real estate agents!

As a foreigner in Lausanne, I could arrange an accommodation quite easily thanks to Livit SA. I would like to say thank you, specifically, to my contact person Chloé Bugnon, who was very helpful during this process, and who answered all of my questions and responded to me very quickly.
Very unprofessional! Stiff and pedantic about everything! The online application system is just a decoration. They never use that! Instead, they ask you to do everything by registered mail, but come on, it's 2020!!!
