I would even put minus stars as I came with confirmed appointment by email and I was told I have no appointment. I came from Geneva specifically for Pronovias dresses and got told it is all booked today and they cannot accept me. I accepted that probably there was a mistake from website and mistakes happen; the question is how they are handled. the ladies hardly spoke any English; I understand French, but cannot speak fluently. I admitted to look through catalogue and see if any dress I like I will choose and come next time to see. However, since that offer I was not offered to sit or showed where is the catalogue. After 10 mins of waiting I was given a catalogue by another client, the catalogue was heavy but I was supposed to stand and look through it, no sit offered and plenty of people inside occupying all seats. After I said I’m leaving and it is not professional approach, another older lady from the shop started screaming at me that I don’t have an appointment in front of the bride who was trying the dresses and her multiple friends. And even when I left she was screaming to me from a porch. That’s a shame and a shock visit and I would never come back and not recommend any one who wants to enjoy the pleasant time of wedding preparation. It is a shame that such dresses as Pronovias are mishandled by such shop. I had visited wedding shops in Geneva and never been treated so poorly. As well, since they hardly speak English they were not willing to assist. I work in hospitality for many years and my family owns a shop in home country, and know perfectly how clients can be, however I didn’t do any unrealistic demand and all I said that it is unprofessional approach and I don’t accept being talked so rudely, especially that I showed that I have an email and it is maybe their mistake. No apologies offered in the whole interaction.

Premier essayage dans cette boutique, Gisèle a été d'excellents conseils, très professionnel, à l'écoute, patiente, a pris le temps. Ne pousse pas à l'achat. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Les couturières ont des doigts de fées. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
Gisèle et ses couturières sont gentilles, professionnelles, attentives, à l'écoute et patientes! Leur travail est parfait et leurs conseils avisés! Je n'aurais pas pu espérer tomber sur une meilleure boutique! J'ai fait faire une robe hors catalogue sur mesure et dès le 1er jour je me suis sentie en sécurité chez elle. J'avais complétement confiance qu'elles me feraient ce que je désirais et ça a bien été le cas! Un vrai plaisir! Merci les filles!
