Very slow paced working staff (28min for a big mac menu small). The McDonalds' staff at the Flon location is more professional.

I am just beyond words at the amazing staff. My phone was stolen at your branch and thanks to a great staff member who could speak English (I am from South Africa) I found my phone in a clients bag using the find my iPhone application. I am so sorry I did not get your staff members name... but wow ! IAM LOST FOR WORDS !!! THANK YOU !!! I will always use your branch in Lausanne. MUCH better quality, speed and order accuracy. The difference compared with just several months ago is really striking! What in the world happened? New management? Whatever it is, I'm grateful I no longer have to wait all night to get a stale apple pie or a basic chicken sandwich. Thank you.

Lausanne McDonald's is amazing. I really like the place, very different from all the others Mc that I went. They dilivery the food at your table if you choose that way. The nuggets was amazing and the Mac fish too but I prefer the Brazilian sauce. I really recommend that McDonald's.
