The worst seller online I wanted to order the cartridges for my printer for the first time and it was Microspot.ch that appeared in the shopping bar at firs position. Once I received them realized that it was not the right reference. So Microspot shows references that approach but not exactly what I need, how many customers like me rushed and ordered? It's either badly honest or their search engine is underneath it all, both i'd like to say. With an order of about 130 CHF I had to pay the return shipping costs, but it is not clearly stated on the site, after 8 days while the package has already returned to the warehouses of microspot.ch I still have no news of my refund or confirmation of receipt while the post office says delivered ... I want to talk to an online advisor and only phone appointments are possible, and what could have been a joke turns into absolute mediocrity, I have to talk to an advisor to make an appointment for him to try to reach me, we are October 15 and the interface offers me only a slot on November 5 to get in touch with customer service ... That is to say if unsatisfied people call or that this platform is totally disorganized. I've made several orders but it's when it gets stuck that you can really judge the quality of service. Here I put a star because zero is not allowed on Google. For me Microspot.ch it's over.

Bough an item (Bose on-ear headphones) with extended guarantee some time ago (Still on time for the guarantee). When th times come to that I need a repair of the headphones, not single answer from any possible way to contact (mail, website or telephone). They may be cheap (and, by far, not always), but do not expect and kind of customer service or support. Not even at the lesser extent.

bought two items, both delayed for more than a month and finally end up to cancel both after long wait. Not being responsive to at least answer to email or minimum explanation . not recommended

Confirmed 5 days to deliver my order. 4 weeks later it isn't arrived. Customer care service don't care at all when you call them or write them e-mails. I can only recommand you to buy your material from serious swiss sellers like Brack or Digitec.
