Service is not always very performing, but the restaurant is still a must for its ice cream desserts. Very large choice, regularly changing. For coffee and ice cream lovers, I recommand some kind of iced coffee (cold brew maple walnut is original and good). Prices are very normal (or average) for Switzerland.

Nice hotel. All the facilities you need. However i paid for a lake view room and in the name of lake view room, i was given the room on the first floor, Where your can hardly see the lake. Update: as per the reply, i am attaching a picture of the view from the room. I agree there was a lake in front of us, but the view was not at all the view what a lake view room should have.

Great hotel In Lausanne. The hotel is facing the beautiful Lake Geneva. The front office fill with fantastic and helpful staffs. They are very patient and accommodative to the guest needs. There is a main restaurant located at the Lobby level. This restaurant serves delightful breakfast. Plenty of choices the breakfast. There is also a bar that offer local Swiss beer and wines. Very cosy bar and nice to spend some times over here to relax and chat with friends. At level 1, there is a gym and sauna room. There are some function rooms too. Great place to have meeting and gathering. The room also very spacious and brightly lid. Comfortable bed and pillows too. The hotel is very centrally located. Within walking distance, there are plenty of local shops and restaurants. From the hotel walk along the shore of Lake Geneva, we can reach the famous Olympic Museum within 12 min. Must stay in this hotel when visiting Lausanne. Will surely recommend others to stays here.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Everything went perfect, the location is just right in front of the Lake. At check in I get free upgraded to the lake view room which I loved it. The staff was super nice and always ready to help, the Italian guy at the reception helped me with restaurant suggestions and was super professional. I will come back for sure.

Lovely location just next to lake where you could find place to walk or have a picnic. The room are large for Swiss hotel with excellent and comfortable bed. Breakfast are just amazing, huge selections of juice fruits vegetables, small healthy drinks, great selection of tea. Very friendly staff.
