The one star is because you can go without appointment, but I went there few times (only because they take walk-ins)and each time they make me bleed ,they don't listen to what you ask for(I asked her to NOT break the nails under the gel and while doing it she was telling me she wasn't breaking my real nails under!!!let me tell you my nails are broken !) They're on the phone while with a customer and not sympathetic at all. I don't recommend AT ALL!

I wish I had read the Facebook feedback before visiting this salon as I can see I am not alone in having major issues with this place. In my life I have never experienced such negligence in a nail salon. I have not used Gel in about 2 months and had quite OK nails going in with a reasonable length and strength. The skin around the nails was healthy and I take care to use cuticle oil. The 'manicurist' used an electric file and filed so deep she almost created actual holes in my nails, around the cuticle, and also made me bleed on two fingers also from the electric file. She then tried to cover it up with more fill but the red showed through the thin nail with red lines and she pretended it was fine and normal! When I said I would not pay the salon would not let me leave unless they filed off the nails, which further damaged them and caused me a lot of pain. I have included one photo of the manicure to show the low quality of the 'finished' product, to show that it also looks wonky and uneven. You can see the redness near the cuticle where they have filed too deep into my nail and the damage to the surrounding skin. The other photos are post removal which show the further extent of the damage

Really disappointing experience and would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. I have used it before and never had a bad experience but it seems that it has changed a lot recently, new staff perhaps new management?! I had gel French manicure done and it was really thick about 5 layers of gel were applied, leaving my nails feeling really unnatural and 2-3mm thick.. There was also a noticeable difference in the shape and length of my nails. Regrettably, very disappointing quality of service all round...

Et bien moi je suis ravie c'est rapide efficace et bien fait. J'y vais pour le semi permanent aux pieds ca tient super bien. Évidemment c'est une usine il ne faut pas s'attendre a un service client personnalisé mais rapport qualite prix excellent Et vu le monde qu'il y a beaucoup doivent etre comme moi satisfaits.

Je suis pas contant ! Pose du vernis semi-permanent était deborder. Il me proposer refaire la semaine prochain. Alors la 2eme fois c'etait la meme chause en plus pour que il me refait pose du vernis il ma laisser de nouveux payer ! Hygiene zero
