I consider myself lucky to find this floral shop online, to deliver a bouquet to my daughter in Lausanne. Doing so from California, I was unsure what the quality would be. The customer service was excellent, an the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. They did not skimp on the size; it was lush, fragrant, and just what I would have chosen myself. She was thrilled.
I ordered online. Beautiful bouquet, fresh, high quality flowers, very tasteful. They even added a personal touch- our online card was rewritten by hand!
Excellent service, very attentive to clients' needs and wishes, exceptional and very friendly staff. Perfect product. Extra kudos for being so amazing during these times of pandemic outbreak and still enabling their clients' to nourish intimate and close relationships despite the distance.
Amazing! I ordered from Australia for my best friends birthday- I asked for pinks, purples and lillies and the bouquet was perfect. They were even able to rush and deliver it early as my friend was leaving on holiday. Thank you!
