The worst agenci in Lausanne. Not professional, poor quality, gérant is catastrophe... Google need to put a Zero here, because a Zero is only I can give to this agency and employees.

Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Not complying with promised reparations, no willingness to help their tenants. When something is broken in the appartement , be ready to wait..they do not take action and of course never call you back. If you are hesitating to get a rental deal with them, I only have one word for you, and that is RUN into the opposite direction.. This is simply appalling and truly a shame.

Absolutely arrogant company, no ethics, zero communication and basically just everything and totally arbitrarily decided or prohibited. A real mafia this place. It is a shame to see such companies and especially such incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional employees. This company should be immediately removed from the market and close its doors. Let's hope that one day karma will strike really hard.

staff is rude and completely doesn't understand that clients need help when they move to a new country in order to be able to maneuver through there countless forms that have to be written in blue ink otherwise they're sent right back to you. Their hours are all so ridiculous as they close during lunch time, which for a working person makes it almost impossible to go.

I have to give 1-star as 0-star does not exist. In general they are rude people and liars, they don't comply with the law, for instance: a friend of mine did not receive the \charges\ consumption demonstration for 2 years which is against the law in Vaud and Regie Braun is always promising \the next month\. He is now thinking on raising the problem to the justice. If you are a tenant, avoid renting if they are the administrator, if you are an owner avoid them as administrator as your tenants will be very unhappy with them.

Awful and arrogant. Treats people like fools. Advises people to call on the current tenant to arrange a visit and gives away the room even before the visit. Particularly frustrated. When called to enquire, the person who replied had such arrogance and apathy.

Je ne peux même pas donner une étoile. Ce serait de trop. Ma belle-sœur n'écrit pas le français. Me demande de partager quand même son aventure avec la Régie Braun. Suite a divers mésaventures privé en plus de la situation sanitaire de cette année. Elle a résilié son bail le 31 mai pour le 30 septembre. De suite elle reçoit un courrier de la régie en disant que le bail est reconduit d'une année. Étant donné qu'elle n'était pas dans le délai. Le bail prévoyait un délai de 4 mois, mais le courrier était réceptionné a à l'agence le 02 juin. Belle solidarité de cette magnifique Régie. (Effectivement le bail mentionnait 4 mois elle avait bien signé ce bail) Juste pour se rappeler que l'obligation cantonale est de 3 mois. Après divers contacts téléphoniques. La réponse est sans appel. Vous devez trouver des personnes solvables et remettre l'appartement. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle aventure.
