They never pick up the phone. Take forever to deal with citizens and foreign nationals. I had to wait for about five excruciating months before I received my B permit after I had submitted all required documents.

Don't you guys working there see what rating you have? Most of the votes are \one star\. Needs to be changed, isn't it? I give a \3 star\.

It is such a shame employees there cannot care less.

Long waiting times. Even though the person in the room leaves, they make the next person wait for no reason. They are too relaxed.

First, as everyone says, their phone number is only for decoration purpose on their website . Second, the person at reception is rude or racist: He is able to speak English but he refuses to do so. Since this branch is supposed to serve for many foreigners, if you don’t want to, or is not able to speak English, then you shouldn’t take the job here.

The stuff is not speaking English at all while working with foreigners! Unbelievable! Moreover very unfriendly stuff!

I was wondering if they are rude or not due to the fact I have too much trauma of Control d’habitants, but fortunately here they are different from that one. They are efficient and quite polite with foreigners.

If you need a document and they say they can't give you for whatever the reason, DON'T GIVE UP! I have been there three times for the same reason: asking for a VISA DE RETOUR. They've told me each time that there's nothing they can do for my situation blah blah blah, though finally their answer has changed after just saying that \I was told to get this document from my embassy.\ That's it? Yes. But one thing more. This time the staff wasn't the same person as before. (Asking to the same thing to the same person doesn't bring you any new info) *Though you already may have spent a long long waiting time by the time your waiting number is on the screen and you can't choose the person you would talk to... unfortunately. I can understand the workers here should be having hard time. Meeting a lot of international people with different situations is not an easy job. BUT I also know if only they could work more sincerely, I came here only once, not three times, meaning that it didn't take that much time not only for me but for them too.
