Professional hygiene is not applied. Staff wiped out coffee drops on client's cup with the same cloth they used for cleaning the coffee station. After washing hands, a staff did not dry her hands well and then the water dropped from her hands into a cup of coffee. Tables are not cleaned to welcome next clients. Most of the time, we sat with used mugs and dirty tissues on the table. Toilets are not clean and smelly.

Spacious, free WiFi, lots of power sockets, though overpriced vs its US price. I haven’t found Switzerland’s answer to Starbucks. Where else can you work in a cafe with AC in Lausanne on a roasting Sunday? Starbucks.
Green tea latte is way to sweet, despite asking for no sugar. Not the cleanest place I've visited.
The coffees and drinks are always of utmost excellence. The staff are very friendly and tentative and make your visit perfect every time. The environment is nice and chilled out, my only issue is I wish there were a few more softer seats. Other than that, I love going here! :)

No complaints from this starbucks. It's near me, service is always good, the quality of the food is what you'd expect at a starbucks. All in all a fun place to stop for a snack, or even a quick date.
It's a Starbucks for sure, it's clean you have space and access to the WiFi. You are allowed to go to the toilet if you buy something (code on your bill). But it could be more comfortable.
