As a seafood lover, I adore this new shop (opened 2 months ago. Some interesting (exclusive?) products here, such as white/rose wine, gin, packaged seafood. As a lobster roll lover, I’m sadly not impressed by the lobster roll here for some reasons: 1. It’s CHF24.50 for a takeout roll. Well, lobster is expensive and this is the only shop I know that sells the roll in Lausanne, so fine if it’s authentic..... but it’s not. 2. The bun is not right. The sandwich bun used is the type normally used in sandwich here in Switzerland (e.g. Manor), but it’s still harder than the real hot dog bun which is softer (usually with golden crust and a tender crumb). 3. The salad is not right. Let’s say usually it’s 95% lobsters. If vegetable is added, then it’s usually diced celery. And in this lobster roll, it’s diced cabbage I’m sure the owner loves lobster roll as much as I do, but there’s much room to improve. If global chains like Luke’s Lobster can get it right, I’m sure 1 boutique shop can get it right too.

Commande d'huître pour la nouvelle année au moment des fêtes l'accueil y était agréable et j'ai été bien renseigné. Le 31 lors que je suis allée récupérer la commande, tout était prêt à l'heure prévu!

Sur le site le Plateau de fruits de mer pour 2 personnes, il y a cette description : Plateau de fruits de mer composé de 12 huitres n3, 2 demi Tourteaux Cuits, 100g Crevettes cuites label rouge, 100g de Bulots Les photos présentées ne correspondent pas à la description ! Sur la photo on voit une langoustine, des crevettes grises, des crevettes roses, des huitres, des tourteaux et des bulots… Si, comme le laisse supposer la description, il n’y a ni langoustines ni crevettes grises, 129.- pour 2 c’est extrêmement cher ! Publicité mensongère ! A éviter donc…
