Food is good. The manager less: face mask not worn or worn under the nose. Felt definitely not welcome as he was ruching to take the order.

TOURIST scam !!! WATCH OUT ! this place made for tourist who dont have an option and want to have dinner by the lake ! The staff were not trained for the basic of serving , the cutlery were old and broken... food served cold.. really not recommended!! Search for better places !! Trust me

The service was not the best, people arriving 10 minutes after us were helped first. As we had to call the waiter several times, nothing particular was offered to us, we did not leave a tip to the French guy the frontage from France which did not even say good bye with a bad looking

We arrived at the lake front restaurant mid afternoon, right before the kitchen closed. We were lucky to get a seat however the waitress was saying \why do customers always arrive when the kitchen closes\. We did feel a little offended by this. However even after we arrived, there were a couple which entered from a hotel and they were accepted too. We were quite confused. There was a bit of delay till our food, however eventually we got our food which was very tasty. Really nice view over the lake however can be a little busy in the day time if you are by the road. The service throughout was quite poor to be honest and could be better it was better than some other restaurants and cafes in Lausanne. I would recommend this restaurant from late morning to early afternoon and after when it opens again because your food might take a while.

Tuesday night there was a waiter, old one, around 60 something, that had a very intense and disturbing urine odor. It was so horrible trying to order the food with this smell that we could not finish it and left the restaurant also due to his rudeness. I was there 3 days before and there was a younger waiter, very thoughtful, polite, easy going that made the experience so good, combined with the amazing marvelous food, that I wanted to come back and brought 4 friends. Unfortunately this very bad situation happened, and I’m writing this review to give a hint to the owners (if that waiter is not the owner himself) to make something about this employer. It was an outrageous and terrifying experience in a place that has everything to be the best.

First they came very late to take the orders. Second, it was very cold outside and she had free tables and promised to take us inside. Never happened. We kept in the cold with the kid. After half an hour waiting we poked them to check the orders. They forgot that one as well. Disaster place.
