It's ok I guess. Had more space in a Japanese apartment. Rooms show signs of wear and tear, bed is disintegrating and very squeaky. Generally clean, apart from the mouldy spots in the bathroom, and equipped with what one might need. Location is alright.

Very bad service. The heating was not always working. Sometimes it was like in a sauna and sometimes it was really cold. They offerd to put in a heater, but it never happends even after I asked a second time. Is overpiced. Customer service can not really help, the do not understand the needs, I guess because of the language because they are sitting in Polen. I had problems with the booking, asked that someone should call back, also never happend. Light were not working, had also to claim two times till someone finally fixed it. They are really fast with invoicing and collecting the cash. But if you have a problem you will be a poor guy. The parkspace in the gsrage are only for small cars, a mini is not small enough! I reccomed to go to Studiomoderne, they have good price and service and are just a street below. Did really good expierence there. Visions appartment never again!

Very good location. It's easy to walk on foot to center or to lake. Train station is very close and it's comfortable. Room was clean, WIFI is OK. Nice kitchen full with any kind of useful stuff. I

J avais fait une réservation au mois de mars à cause du Covid j ais voulue annulée mais on m'a dit que on pouvais pas me rembourser et on ma proposer de changer de dates.. On ma dis que je pouvais danger que 1 fois donc j ais réserver du 20 au 25 septembre. J ais fait avec booking .Quand je suis arrivée depuis le Portugal j ais du tel o pour le Chek in et la stupéfaction on me dit que ma réservation a été annulée et que on va me remboursée. Je leur explique que j ais la confirmation de la réserve etc. visiblement il veulent rien savoir.. Ni nous reloger au même prix Resultat on ce retrouve dans la rue.. Et on doit trouver un autre hôtel.. On étais venue exprès pour pas perdre l argent des 5 nuits.. C est tous simplement honteux !!

Nous avons de la chance de tomber sur un appartement très propre. Mais c'était pas gagné. Personne n'était présent à l'entrée on a dû appeler avec notre forfait français pour contacter l'agence et qu'ils nous ouvrent.. c'était un peu compliqué, mais au final ils ont été efficaces ouf.. Même si l'appartement était très bien, nous ne sommes pas sûrs de renouveler l'expérience avec eux car nous avons des doutes quant au professionnalisme au vu de ce qu'il s'est passé les commentaires précédents ici. A part ça, nous étions dans les derniers étages donc vue sympa. Appart nickel. Ménage oublié le 2eme jour. Sinon draps propres. Salle de bain rien à dire. Gel douche shampooing et sèche cheveux dispo. Manque du liquide vaisselle dans la cuisine. Et appartement calme.
