The best customer services I had so far! I bought some Scott ski-touring boots and had a lot of problems: blocking mechanism broke 3 times, 6 buckels broke, etc. \Scott\ didn't really bother although this was still in warranty time. Yosemite Lausanne did everything to help me with Scott, and after the problem went on replaced me the shoe with the newest model (had used the problematic shoes then already for 1.5years a lot) for a very reasonable additional charge and included the boot fitting. Thanks a lot for your help and customer-friendliness! In general, they are were very competent, have a large variety of gear and helped me well to find the right gear for my specific needs. Also english communication is possible, which was quite helpful when I didn't remember the right word in French.
