Employee's very cold upon your arrival into store, you're lucky if you get an hello. It used to carry a little more chic clothes,but now more sporty and Price's are still expensive for the quality. I do like the store but not the service, unfortunately they have the wrong staff for this store.

Trendy and hip store with a flair for the unique.. would not buy my entire wardrobe there, but great signature pieces. Prices varie and could be expensive, depending on item. I particularly like their jeans and various tops, but honestly, I’ve seen some of their items else where in other discounted stores for much less. 3 stars for some of the staff’s uppity attitude, that’s enough for potential clients to stay away.

AVOID ALTON GRAY AT ALL COSTS... I cannot believe the actions of Alton Gray... I bought a pair of 300 Kendall & Kylie boots. Upon putting them on my feet for the first time, I realized that one boot had a broken heel. I went back to Alton Gray wanting to exchange them. I was told that they could not exchange my boots or do anything for that matter. They simply told me to go get the boot fixed and they would pay for the expense. On a different occasion, I tried to contact the store manager but she never returned my call in attempts to resolve this issue! This demonstrates that Alton Gray clearly does not hold client service in high regards. All this to say that it is now over a month that I have these boots that I cannot wear because they were sold to me in a broken state! Even worse, Alton Gray will not exchange or refund me! After countless purchases as a loyal customer, I am completely repulsed with the service and actions received by the staff and owner of Alton Gray.

Be VERY carefull with the prices listed , they list one price and tell u ... u have a discount but than u pay and there is no discount and they say no refunds are u serious
