We bought a Freeform table and two Goa hutch buffets directly from the Laval store located on Le Corbusier, we bought the floor models and we paid it in full. We also paid 125 for local delivery and they said it would take a week and someone from the delivery company would call us. We waited for a call and nothing. We called the store and no response, We emailed and still no response. We called the number listed on their website and a recorded message came on saying to email them or call back, we called during their suggested hours and same message. We are going to go back to the store and ask for our money back. Furniture is nice but it seems once you give them money then they are done with you. We originally thought that the experience was nice but after this it's going to be hard to go into these type of stores again. Artemano is all show and filled with empty promises. Update: June 21, 2018 - So here is an update. When I posted the original review it was literally a couple of days after Artemano went into bankruptcy. We found out by going there and seeing a piece of paper on the door saying to call a phone number. That number was for the people taking care of the bankruptcy. Long story short, it took about 3 weeks to sort out everything with KPMG and finalised in December 2017. We got our furniture and the delivery charge reimbursed because we had to pickup the furniture ourselves. It was heavy. Overall, the furniture looks good. Would we buy again from Artemano even though there are new owners, probably not. We know other stores that have similar/same type of furniture and with better service.

I have bought an entire bedroom set, lamps, a 300 lb monkey flower tree coffee table, a bench, stools, and a library ..... off the top of my head ..... might even be more Love the furniture ! Recently I went in to browse and a tea light set my coat on fire ... I was contacted the very next day and given a credit for the price of my new coat ...... I have always been satisfied with the beauty and creativity of their furniture and highly recommend you check out this store Jeannie
i just learn that they go bankrupt and that's why all their stores are closed. They don't answer the phone. i bought a set of chair 3 weeks a go and they are supposed to deliver them to my house but THEY JUST STEAL MY MONEY and NEVER DELIVER. There is no way to communicate with them now !
Called before leaving to laval store message says open from 10am to 5pm. We drive 30min to get there at noon and it's closed. Super disorganized management. It's all good though we bought at eq3 next door to Artemano instead. Better management and better organized staff.

Never to set foot ,never to buy online , recommend or whatsoever with this store.In particular the store in Laval. The sales persons in Montreal at least are friendly and seem to know their product ...This is actually the place where after fruitless trials and desperate email communication we got our answer.From a very young ,well informed and friendly young man. Customer service and "professional carpenter "do not even know the product they are selling.We have been left waiting almost 2 months after the official purchase for the answer of the simple question-HOW MUCH DOES INDUSTRIAL TAN BED YOU ARE SELLING MEASURE INSIDE ? SO ,dear poor future customer : BE AWARE : INDUSTRIAL TAN BED TOTAL BED FRAME width is 86" instead of declared in the site 85" and 78" INSIDE bed width .You have 2" GAPING as ALL STANDARD MATTRESSES available on the market ARE 76" in width . The mattress support is of extremely poor quality ,considering the marketed " high end " product. The carpenter finds this normal and due to " hand work"... You NEED ADDITIONAL support to keep your new mattress warranty valid.. And by the way ,at the second " replacement" delivery ... the delivery man opened our eyes showing us that the bed INSIDE width is INCORPORATED INTO PRODUCT INVENTORY NUMBER.Black /white . This is for the free online education of the sales stuff LAVAL,CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND WAREHOUSE.....Laval.Who seemed not to know that or did not want to share their knowing it... In both ways the experience was rather painful for us.Mentally and physically. So ,never again. Giving 1 star as I can not give 0 and only from respect for the unknown foreign workers.
