I can definitely agree with the rest of the reviews in regards to the help and customer service, no doubt about that! Customer service was great and after shopping around at 5 different places we were easily convinced by the price and quality. In fact he convinced us to purchase something completely opposite of what I initially wanted which was a classic ROPE CHAIN. However I am not so happy with the items my girlfriend purchased for me as a gift! She bought two FRANCO CHAINS and gold hoop earrings. The smaller chain literally fell off my neck, thankfully while I was home but I have absolutely no idea how it broke apart like that. My earrings which I was reassured was 10k Gold are literally changing color in my ears into this weird reddish tarnished color. Like everyone else I am sure, it was an unnecessary purchase during a pandemic, our excuse was "Retail Therapy" lol but we were happy to treat ourselves to something nice. Not happy to have spent so much money however on items that are easily breaking and do not appear to be real gold. I hope this can be fixed!

I had my heart set on a particular item and I upgraded it because of his proper explanation and knowledge of product. Their pricing was very competitive .The owner was also present when I brought it to adjust the size and they were all very courteous and professional. My next purchase will be there! Great service and wonderful selection. If you are looking for something more refined I would suggest this jeweler. I usually purchase jewellery in other countries, but Orly has a beautiful and original collection. I've been searching for a necklace to go with a very important pendant I had. I found the perfect one with them. On another instance, a chain of mine broke and they replaced it within 24 hours. They fixed my watches at a good price too.
