New patient trying to book an appointment: Phone system asking you to press four options to then say “fill out form online” and wait. Based on previous Google reviews that wasn’t an option so called McGill sports clinic - they actually take patients that are not McGill sports students - and got an appointment within 5 minutes the following week. Conclusion: if you don’t know how to on-board new patients just say you don’t want any on your website so we can save (y)our time. You were actually referred by another clinic. If you want new patients just do like telecom companies: new patients press 1 and current patients press 2 so we get right down to business in a minute or less

Jesus, can you just have someone pick up the phone in this facility ? Isn't there a receptionist, that could answer basic questions ? It's a mistery for me how can they get new clients.

called to cancel my appointment today and secretary was beyond rude. she reprimanded me for not calling the right secretary, huffed and puffed while she helped me, just to advise me that the other secretary would only be back next week and to call her to reschedule! really happy i cancelled my appointment and didnt give them more of my money or time....

C'est vraiment le pire service à la clientèle que j'ai jamais vu (pour physio, ostéo, etc). Les réceptionnistes vous ignorent quand vous entrez et ça peut prendre genre 10 minutes pour annoncer votre arrivée. Pour payer, c'est la même chose. J'ai déjà failli partir sans payer tellement que c'était ridicule. Impossible de parler à quelqu'un pour annuler un rendez-vous ou d'avoir une réponse par courriel. Et là, je vais tu me faire charger le rendez-vous pareil à cause de ce mauvais service ?
