Had this company install my fence several years ago and for the past 3 years tried to get them to repair 1 or 2 posts that were leaning. They were unresponsive and unprofessional and it took them the third summer after calling them off the chain to respond and give me a quote which at that time from 1 or 2 posts that needed repairs over time I needed to replace 5 posts. The quote was almost what it cost to put in the fence new for the section that needed repairs. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NEW INSTALLATION AND THEN FORGET ABOUT YOU.
It has been two and half months now and the work is not finished. They show up once every week for one hour to do something. You cannot talk to a supervisor as he is always out of office or on vacation. The person picking the phone has no clue. They just sign contracts without doing the job on time
The project was completed in the time they said. They also returned the following day to fix an issue that they noticed without us having to ask. Professional work and well done.
