Outstanding customer service, quick turnaround time and quality products. I came to Matt with a rough example of a ring I wanted along with some preferences. He immediately got back to me with multiple renders that matched exactly what I had in mind. I was walked through the entire process and I received a clear answer for every question I had. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I also ordered a couple of rings as gifts for the holidays which ended up looking amazing. Even the packaging draws quite the reaction ;-)

I came to the Donj Laval jewelry store with an idea for a custom gold ring, and I was very surprised as to how professional, attentive to detail and fast Donj Jewellery is. They 3D designed my ring and sent me pictures before they handcrafted it in Laval. I absolutely love it! Flawless experience. Would 100% recommend!

First off, out of the 7 jewelery stores that I went to, donj jewelery was the only jeweler who came through in not only finding the diamond that I was looking for (I was looking for a very specific diamond) but put in an enormous amount of effort and time looking at over 30 diamonds in order to find exactly what I was searching for. I would highly recommend anyone to shop for jewelry with Matthew and Viken as they are very well mannered, and involved in the process. A big thank you to Matthew and Viken for all their hard work and patience dealing with a hard customer.

Excellent customer service. I had a a custom jewelry made and they had many options to choose from and it was ready in less than a week. The final result was exactly what I wanted. They also have a great attention to detail such as the gift box and the bag. I would recommend Donj to anyone that is looking for quality jewelry. They are quite professional and very friendly.
