Ok service.did not like the fact that they had to walk through my apartment twice (with shoes that have been who knows where) to fill and empty dirty water..Friendly but besides the cleaning not sure that my problem of occasional dripping was resolved. Will see with time. Also they wore their shoes and walked on my livingroom carpet instead of hardwood floor. They did aplologize after the fact.

I hired Groupe Impérial to clean the air ducts in my 10 year old condo. The telephone operator, when I made the appointment, was not familiar with condos and was not helpful in establishing what needed/should be cleaned. The most disappointing of all was that they did not test the air quality before and after the «cleaning». I overheard the workers saying there was not much they could do because the air is « managed centrally by the building » yet they still charged me 275. Don’t waste your time and money like I did.
Hired this company to wash the exterior of my home. Aluminum siding was left dirty and apart from that they dirtied all my balcony and stairs which resulted me in cleaning everything after they finished. I have written to them and have sent pictures but they have ignored my emails. Never again. Very dishonest people. The gentleman did not come back a second time and spend 2 hours nor did he spend 6 hours the guest time. Nor did he tell me that he could not guarantee the job. Not sure who he was talking to or what job he cause it certainly was not at our place. Lies and more lies. We were two houses. Both of us had the same problem. Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Wow.

Je cherchais une compagnie sérieuse et fiable pour le nettoyage de mes conduits de ventilation de ma maison, j’ai eu beaucoup de difficulté dans le passé avec d’autres compagnies, souvent leurs équipements n’étaient pas puissants, leurs boyaux ne se rendaient pas à ma fournaise. Mais Groupe Impérial s’est présenté la semaine dernière avec un gros camion, les 2 techniciens savaient exactement quoi faire comme s’ils ont l’habitude de faire nettoyage de me conduits, ils ont de longs boyaux, ils étaient habiles, méthodique et courtois. Trop fort! Je les recommande.
Groupe Impérial a été rapide dans ses actions, j’ai pu avoir un rendez-vous pour nettoyer mes conduits d’air dans un délai rapproché. Ils se sont présentés avec un Camion-usine, le travail était très efficace, la puissance remarquable et les employés étaient sérieux et compétents en plus j’ai payé un prix raisonnable. Je recommande cette compagnie à tous ceux qui ont du nettoyage de conduits à faire.
