I LOST MY MONEY WITH THIS ACCOUNTANT! She was very unresponsive and unreliable. I had trouble sending my documents by email due to the file size. When I tried to verify with the office if all was well received, no one took the time to confirm. As a result, my taxes were filed incorrectly and an adjustment has to be made. Ms. Lessard agreed to review and confirm all documents received and instead she did not respond for 2 weeks. After multiple attempts for a follow up, she finally responded accusing me of harassment! To answer the response below. I kept telling your assistant that I was having trouble sending the documents. And I wanted to confirm what you received because I didn't know anymore. If you had any sense of customer service or integrity you would have looked into it. I HAVE THE FACTS STRAIGHT!!! Do not call me a liar!!! You have already wasted my money and time!!!!! Also accusing me of harassment when you wouldn't respond is deformation of character. Pls be careful with what you say! I have the email chain saved

My experience with Celyne Lessard: - unprofessional - doesn't respect deadlines - lies about her work - zero communication - doesn't answer messages and phone calls - expensive fee for cheap service Oh and after waiting for 3 months and she still doesn't do your taxes and when you ask for your files back then she charges you 25 per person before reimbursing you your money. She literally charged me 100 for wasting my time and locking my files in her basement for 3 months. Worst experience ever

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER GO DO MY TAXES AGAIN THERE!!! I've been waiting 2 months for my taxes (like most other reviewers) whereas my relatives had it in 1 week, with mutiple differents companies. This is not acceptable, me and my wife has received 0 contact , 0 updates, we had to email her a few weeks ago and we received the information that she was sick. It's already unbeleivable that no one's been notified, on top of that when I look at the business answer's to customers on here I find it despicable, it always come to personal excuses or trying to put the blame on the customer. YOU'RE A PROFESSIONAL FIRM, PERSONAL EXCUSES DON'T WORK WITH BUSINESS, taking criticism is part of the job, Then I see her offering money back,What's the point in reimbursement if the government going to charge you for late penality???

This accountant is an absolute joke! They got my papers 2 weeks before the whole trouble with covid started and till the day of the prolonged deadline my file hasn’t even been touched. I have been told several dates by them on which my report should be finalised and they didn’t keep one of them. I think they loaded themselves to much on their plate, couldn’t face it and ended up toying with peoples money and wellbeing. They were unreachable, unresponsive and on the whole unreliable. If their company was really in unexpected trouble due to covid, which is strange to me since it seems to me the perfect “from home” job, I would have accepted my money back and an apology in due time so that I could find myself another accountant. Instead I found myself in this extremely unpleasant position.
