If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible service, book elsewhere, dont waste your time! The booking agent made a mistake when he booked my appointment and when I showed up to drop off the urine sample there was no one there. He explained to me that he put the appointment in the system for the previous week by mistake. I called them and spoke to the same person, which claims to be a manager, and he told me they would send someone to pick it up at the clinic. Well guess what?? The never sent anyone to pick it up and the urine sample stayed In the fridge. 3 days later I called for the results and oops sorry! Some management! ISNT IT FUNNY....THERE WAS 0 REVIEWS BEFORE MINE. THE MINUTE YOU REPLIED TO MINE 13 OTHER ONES SHOWED UP WITH 5 STAR REVIEWS, MINUTES APART. ALL LIES! Pathetic!

Je suis quelqu’un qui a une peur bleue des aiguilles et du sang. Alors, me faire pendre des prises de sang n’est pas une partie de plaisir, loin de là. Lors de mon rendez-vous, l’infirmière était très douce et sympathique. Elle m’a mise à l’aise et j’étais tellement occupée à discuter avec elle que je ne me suis jamais rendu compte qu’elle m’avait piqué. Je vais assurément répéter mon expérience avec vous. :)
