If I could give La Capitale zero stars, I would. The way they have treated myself and my partner after we had to make a claim due to an \act of god\ accident is truly disgusting. It took us over a year to settle our claim and it is still ongoing because no one there knows how to do their job. Not only do they make you run around in circles while transferring you to different claim agents, they do not honour their policies and insurance contracts. I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT go with La Capitale, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, they will make your life miserable. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and unable to conduct business properly. Shame on you La Capitale!

Worst customer service I've seen. After 10 years with them, spoke to 2 managers to solve an administrative.problem. Was treated with codescendance, contempt and a complete indifference to finding a common reasonnable ground. Completely disgusted and couldnt believe it.

I was quite satisfied with the service at first and was getting answers to all my questions. But since I became the La Capitale client, the only communication on their side I have been getting had to do with 'go to our website for more info' and 'call our customer support'.
