Avoid this place at all cost! I ask advice from the lady and she shows me this box where she clearly mentions that the flowers last 3 to 5 years and that the more expensive ones last forever. 3 to 5 years? I asked again and she confirmed. I was skeptical but okay. Literally a couple of days later the flowers look like the picture. I take it back and they literally laugh in my face saying that the more expensive ones last 3 to 5 years and that these ones last two weeks or so. They didn't offer any solution at all. No professionalism and the manager went away in the middle of it to take a call. Take it from me, go buy from another place. These people are a bunch of thieves.

Very happy on all levels! I ordered from Toronto a special Birds of Paradise arrangement for a birthday gift for my very best friend in Laval. I sent a picture of how i wanted it to look. The owner did a flawless job, the final result was better than the picture . The delivery was on time and he printed the poem that was in a different language , just as i asked and and added to the card The Flowers ,the birds of paradise were so fresh that now after 3! Weeks they still look so good that my girlfriend still has them on the table. As you can tell from my review, i was extremely happy with everything, incuding the price which was very reasonable. Thank you from the bottom of my hart for making my experience an amazing one!
