By far the best purchase we have made anywhere in years. Our new JEEP had a FACTORY defect and once we notified Laundry Auto the entire team and I mean the entire team from receptionist to owner got involved to solve the issue to our 100 percent satisfaction in less than 12 hours. Amazed we didn't have to ask a question we were told exactly how it would be resolved and that exceeded our expectations . Highly recommend doing business with Laundry Auto and we will for years to come

The best place to get your vehicles!
Just simple for 5 stars with my experience here! I purchased a car with very good price and could get it right away through really kind and trustful dealer Mathias! Even he is dealing me for my new car questions!!! Thanks! And even this has a service centre which consisted of really well trained technicians!!! I live in Montreal but I got an answer from this service centre instead of my nearest jeep service centre. Why? Cause the technicians and people from my nearest one, they didn’t know what the problem was!! So I visited here in Laval to ask. And the best technician, Jim replied to me what the problem is in a second!!! I really wonder what could make this different satisfaction between here and the one in Montreal downtown. U will know,, when u try! Thanks, Landry!
By far the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car. Wanted to buy 3 vans and was told by the \manager\ my business wasen't worth it because I had the nerve to ask for the discounts that Chrysler Canada is offering, they simply don't want to give it. Chrysler should be more selective in who they allow to represent their products.
Needed a piece urgently. Was charged about 6 more for a 11 piece, and was charged 55 for the work (about 20 minutes of work), but I guess that's ok for having my axle nut put on, was supposed to be serviced at 1pm but the me hands was about 20 minutes late, again, not the end of the world, as mentioned before, the work only took about 20 minutes. I would recommend, albeit expensive, that seems to be the standard for automotive repair these days.
