Impossible to get there from Montreal. Not good. Even with a GPS!. Coming back is very easy though!

Amazing service from beginning to end. I had my wedding scheduled for June 5th, however unfortunately had to cancel due to Covid-19 but the venue had no problem refunding. Celine was amazing, quick to respond to emails, super helpful and kind. Not to mention, the food at the caterers was insanely delicious. Extremely sad that our wedding had to get cancelled, however would recommend this venue to anyone. Its beautiful, surrounded by lots of greenery. Small, however perfect for our amount of guests. Thank you Chateau Taillefer Lafon for your great service!

Two of our friends had their wedding ceremony here yesterday, and it was our first visit. The Chateau itself was easy located right off the highway, and the entrance was clearly marked (during daytime hours) with ample parking. We were impressed with the grounds as the fall foliage was in full bloom, and the Chateau is immaculately maintained. The ceremony took place outdoors facing the vineyards and the reception was held inside. It was very cool to be the only group there, meaning we think that there's one ceremony/group per day only, not multiple events happening at once. The staff was fantastic and very attentive to our needs throughout the whole night. The washrooms were clean, the food was delicious (catered) and the entire night went without a glitch! Based on our experience as guests, we'd recommend this place for a wedding!

I had my wedding at the Chateau this year. The venue as everyone can see is lovely! However, word of advice to all brides and grooms,if you select this venue make sure that you have someone there to keep count of the amount of wine bottles being opened. They will say that they'll only charge you for bottles opened, but in the end you'll pay for it all and they'll resell the bottles you already paid for. My guests weren't alcohol drinkers and bottles were being returned during dinner, but we still had to pay full amount and never got the unopened wine! Also, their changing room that they charge 250tax for has a connecting door to where the wine is stored, as my bridesmaids and I are getting dressed a worker kept coming in to get wine bottles. Extremely uncomfortable and just ridiculous! Their soft drinks are considered open bar (350) and you will be charged for diluted drinks that taste like nothing, although, on their menu it says 2,50 per can. Weddings are expensive and plenty of venues take advantage of such opportunities to over charge and not be honest about what they'll be offering. If it wasn't for the location and the traiteur(caterer) having great food, I would have given it a one star.

My cousin had his wedding here. The venue and estate itself is absolutely stunning. However, my only complaint was how they handled the heat. No fans were brought out or anything. It was a lovely evening but the heat was the reason we left early.
