This place is really good! Customer service is number 1 and the staff is really taking care of you from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out of this place. The prices are really affordable and the glasses are beautiful. Definitely going to buy again in the future!

Recently Purchases 2 pair of Glasses, great service, great prices, glasses were delivered before expected date, friendly atmosphere, was served by Paula & Amir, both went out of there way to make sure I was 100% comfortable and satisfied. 5 stars from me. I absolutely recommend Le Lunetier Laval!!!!
I’ve been getting my glasses at this location for years. Friendly staff, helpful and always attentive to our needs. They give excellent customer service. Couldn’t ask for more!!!
Worst experience of life. They had us return 5 times for the wrong frames. They make the mistake, they don't offer any form of discount just tell us that we should go elsewhere. Customer service is terrible when something goes wrong. They basically say to go elsewhere if we are not happy not offering any form of resolution. Everyone go anywhere else but this place. We have been buying glasses for over 30 years and never had such a bad experience!!! I WILL BE TAKING THIS SITUATION EVEN MORE PUBLIC,
