Last year the service was OK, till the moment when the optometrist ignored my reaching hand and gave my prescription to the sales-person with invitation to choose glasses from there. I had to go there and demand for my prescription apologizing for preferring online store for fraction of their price. Extremely awkward situation. I hate sales pressure. Today i drove there with my kids only to find that they have no appointment!?! No apologies from the receptionists. My phone is recording everything, so i played them the conversation, proving that we have appointment, but they told me that this receptionist is not there today (they recognized the voice) and they can't say why she didn't book us. I'm sure my kids will write worst reviews, since this was their only free week before the summer camp and they were waiting for new glasses for months. In my family of 6 (my father lives with us) only my little girl doesn't wear glasses. We are moving to another optometrist right now.

Cant do a vision test if i dont buy my glasses there .....

They take time to explain things. Get the right measurements make sure the glasses fit your face before letting you get them. I recommend going here to anyone.

they were pushy and rude after we told them that we were gonna order other glasses online and after making another appointment with them, they apparently \forgot\ the appointment

Cela fait des années que je fais affaire avec ce centre et ce, avec une très grande satisfaction. Cependant, depuis la COVID, je tente d'avoir un rendez-vous pour mon enfant: un rendez-vous de routine. On refuse de prendre rdv avec nous parce que nous n'avons pas besoin de lunettes. J'en comprends donc qu'en ces temps de COVID, le centre décide de prioriser les patients qui vont dépenser plus. Malheureusement, je devrai me tourner ailleurs pour un rdv annuel. Et si besoin de lunette il y a, je me tournerai vers la clinique/centre visuel qui a bien voulu m'accueillir.

Ça fait 22 ans que je fais affaire avec Pagé Harvey pour toute la famille et le service est impeccable. Tout le personnel sont attentionnés . Merci pour le bon service.
