The service is excellent! The optometrists and opticians who work there are very professional and very patient to make sure that you are prescribed the exact corrective lenses that you need . The variety of eyeglass frames available is suited to meet all budgets and all tastes. However , what is even more outstanding and important is the after sale service. It is impeccable! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality and personalized eye are service to pay a visit to Ma Lunetterie and make sure to ask for Mohammed. It's worth the trip!
To be honest, I received the best service in years today! I had one screw fall off my Dior glasses last week. I visited multiple eyeglass stores at the Eaton Center in Toronto, including BonLook and LensCrafters, to no avail. Noone was capable or even ready to attempt at fixing my glasses except for Mr. Mohamad. Not only did he work tirelessly to find the perfect screw to match the other screws on my glasses, but he also delivered my glasses within a few hours along with a courtesy mini screw fixator, in case the problem recurs. I am very impressed with the accurate and meticulous work performed, especially that multiple supposedly expert stores such as LensCrafters refused to fix the problem. I highly recommend Ma Lunetterie eyeglass store!
