I purchased an Electric guitar from nantel musique ,however I was told that it might take months for my order to arrive. I decided to cancel my order , so I requested a refund, however I was told that based on some terms that I agreed on before I purchased the guitar, (which I have no idea when and how did I agree to those terms)this store has the right to keep 3.57% of the money that I paid, which means you can only get 96.43% of your money back if you want to request a refund. I feel like I’m being scammed, so guys if you feel like buying anything from this company, think wisely before purchasing anything.

I just bought my Yamaha P125 here. I usually go to a closer music store, basically just because it's near to my place. But coming to Nantel yesterday made me realize there is another music store that has amazing collection and really great service! Bye2, 'closer music store'.

As a seasoned music teacher we are advising all our students to not purchase any musical instruments from this company. Recent treatment of one our special needs students and the Nantel family’s inabilaty to rectify the sale of defective musical instruments is unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! We encourage all our students to stay away from Nantel and shop elsewhere.
