I gave this store 3 stars because there are ALWAYS LINEUPS, even during covid where there is no taste testing, it takes forever to get service just to buy pods. I suggest ordering online and asking for curbside pickup. Has Nespresso not thought of having a dedicated line for people that just need to buy their pods? It's frustrating. Despite this, the employees are nice and the store is clean and well stocked.
