The poutine gravy has changed and not what i expected. It was way too salty, i am wondering if it is this location only that has changed the sauce or all locations. I was expecting the dark and thick gravy NYF has always served. This one was light brown and tremendously salted. If NYF changes their sauce recipe it will be the end for all NYF's. I would kindly like to be refunded. I do not have a copy of the receipt due to the current situation but can provide you with a bank statement. It is impossible to leave a complaint on their website as you get an error message.

J'ai adoré la poutine! Les frites sont croustillantes, le fromage fait skouik-skouik et la sauce à poutine est excellente. J'étais content d'avoir un choix de hot-dog steamé ou toasté aussi. Sans oublier mon Cherry Coke. Merci!
