I've been to Japan on business. I've had sushi in San Francisco and pretty much every top rated sushi restaurant my business travel took me over the last two decades. Having a trusted local sushi joint is an essential part of my life when I'm home. When I moved to Vimont in 2018, I was seriously disappointed by the first few places I tried. Then I saw Omaki's rating on Google reviews and drove there to give it a try. I hesitated when I saw the parking lot with 2 (full) spots in front. I thought to myself: "that can't be right", and turned back. Wrong move - I should have know better! It took me 2 years to finally try it, but when I did I had my wow moment. Tasty and perfectly cooked rice. Always fresh. Generous portions. This place totally rocks, and now part of my regular routine. Guys - thank you! You truly deserve your 5*.

If you’re looking for quality, super tasty Sushi, make sure Omaki is your first call! And on top of that, their customer service is spectacular! Our order was missing 1 item and they went out of their way to make it and send it to us free of charge. Did I mention we live in Blainville? We called them to tell them to not worry about it when we realized how far away they are from us, but the very nice gentleman on the phone took full responsibility for the mixup and assured us it would be fixed. Can’t say enough about this restaurant and the amazing customer service!

I eat sushi on a regular basis and I have never enjoyed it more than when I order from Omaki. It's always so fresh and tasty - I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
First of all we got the food 1 hour and 40 min later. Then we try one of the Makis and it tasted old and stale. My husband and I kept gagging after we each took a piece of the kind. This ruined the rest of the meal for us. Spending 80 and not being able to eat the food is quiet frustrating. Will definitely NEVER order from this place again!
Ok, This is the BEST sushi I’ve eaten in a very long time! And very affordable for the quality! Wow, I’m very impressed by the quality, they’re delicious! I recommend this place to anyone enjoying real good sushi. Its worth the detour!

This place serves amazing sushi. The chef is charming. Love the place and I will become a frequent client. I am usually not an easy costumer, but this place is worth trying! Try the omazake!!!
