Called qualinet to clean my basement and remove odor. They sent me two old man, one could not walk properly and the other could not bend because his back was hurting. Needless to say they did a poor job, i went downstairs as they they were packing the van because they were \finished\ and noticed nothing was clean where you had to kneel or bend over, the vacuum they used was so old it was barely working. I had to vacuum myself after they left. The ordor is still there. One of them even watered my brand new isolation i had put up the night before instead of kneeling down and water the crack under he simply hosed down the whole wall hoping the water would go in the crack at the bottom. Really a poor service from \the leaders in cleaning\ i do not recommend qualinet to anyone.

They do emergencies and have top of the line cleaning products. Sent the truck the next day. Staff were not very experienced. Overall job was good.

Extremely diacouraged with my services during an emergency. Lies from reps., cancelled or forgotten appointments with no notice, very quick to take money for a deposit, impossible to get difference returned after job completed (2 months of calling back and forth.. ). Also very annoyed a friday appointment was cancelled withoit notice, was reassured it would happen saturday, come to find out weeks later after asking for a bill continuously that im charged additional rates for hours worked and truck placement fees without notice. Just an overall BAD experience in every aspect of dealing with this company.
