Diving Nancy

I've been here twice before when Jack was working here. He did a great job, but moved to Toronto. Now the owner did my long overdo roots. I am a dark blond and wanted her to match my ends a golden blond and did not want the platinum gray blond look. She turned my hair orange and said its a process, next time. I showed her the color i wanted before she did this. I insisted she correct the orange. She added bleach and turned my hair gray! I was so disappointed and she never admitted error. I'm too embarrassed to post the picture
