I dealt with Luc in store and had an amazing service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Instead of pushing for the most expensive options he proactively suggested lower cost options that are better suited for residential doors. I specifically asked for him to come and install the deadbolt on my fromt door. Professional, courteous, and helpful!
