This place is like a dream. It smells nice! Aside from that, the people are very helpful and customer service is so polite. We went to pick up a car on my partner's birthday and they wrote Happy Birthday on the contracts! How sweet! Can wait to get my own Car from here

Pleasant Test drive!
I would have rated this a zero for the customer rep who helped my friend buy a car from there. They (Tesla) are not known for their service but the way he behaved is ridiculous... starting from verifying the address while purchasing to actual delivery. He must be trained better or let go if he can't learn.
The service team here is great. I am never going to the Montreal Tesla service center again. Great team, great service.
I picked up my T-3 at this point of distribution. Because of Covid-19 restrictions, they must deliver the cars with no human contact so that was a little awkward but taking possession of my Tesla is what matters and that is an awesome experience !
