Around the 21st of June, I brought back my safety glasses for repair as I had damaged one lense. This pair of safety glasses were bought on March 28th from Vision Expert at 2995 Boulevard de la Concorde E, Laval, QC H7E 2B5. I called Vision Expert on July 5th, 2 weeks later, as I had heard no news from them. They told me that there was a defect with the lense and it needed to be re-done. I called Vision Expert, again, on July 17th to know what was happening. They told me that the place where my glasse were sent had my lense and that it would probably ship on that day, or on the 18th. Today, on the 19th, I called yet again, since I had no news from them. I was told there is another delay, since the lense is defective yet again (I believe this will be the 3rd or 4th time now that I hear this excuse) and that my glasse will not be ready until next week. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received so far from both Vision Expert and the Securo-Vision team. I can understand a mistake, but 4 times in a row is incredibly frustrating, especially since I AM THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO CALL EVERY SINGLE TIME in order to get information. Until my issue is resolved in a timely manner, this place deserve this review and the 1-star associated with it.

Les employées et l'optométriste sont vraiment sympathiques. J'y suis retournée (après avoir tout payé) et j'ai eu droit au même super service à la clientèle. Bon choix de montures. Très satisfaite.

Je me suis présentée dans la clinique sans préavis, inquiète pour la santé de mon œil, et malgré une journée chargée, on m’a donné un rendez-vous d’urgence. Toute l’équipe était sympathique et très professionnelle. Je recommande fortement Dre Nadeau qui a pris le temps de bien m’examiner afin de diagnostiquer le problème et qui a su répondre à mes questions et mes inquiétudes. La clinique est propre et accueillante (il y a même un petit coin pour les enfants) et les prix sont raisonnables. Un gros merci à tous!
