Your group tour came to the FCO airport and cut in line to check in by Air Canana @10:30am after being told by people where the end of the line was. I believed the tour guide lady who brought them to the airport let them know again that there was a line. More than dozen people from your tour group cut in the long line and refused follow the line. The lady said \this is the Roman do\ I wrote this review because I was one the people who had to wait in the line more than half of an hour because of this.
